Per il secondo numero della fanzine saranno ospitati vari artisti dalla Russia. Tra loro, Irina Tall Novikova crea attraverso il fantastico, ma con uno sguardo attento alle emergenze ambientali (ricordando, tra le altre cose, Chernobyl) e un pensiero antibellico. Il suo lavoro spazia tra illustrazione, poesia e narrazione, dando vita a creature immaginarie e figure ibride come l’uomo-uccello Siren, in cui si intrecciano sensibilità personale e tematiche contemporanee. Temi ecologici, esperienze storiche e riflessioni antimilitariste diventano immagini e racconti che parlano al presente.

For the second issue of the fanzine, various artists from Russia will be featured. Among them, Irina Tall Novikova creates through the fantastic, while keeping a keen eye on environmental emergencies (recalling, among other things, Chernobyl) and an anti-war thought. Her work spans illustration, poetry, and storytelling, bringing to life imaginary creatures and hybrid figures such as the image of a man - a bird - Siren, where personal sensitivity and contemporary issues intersect. Ecological themes, historical experiences, and anti-militarist reflections become images and stories that speak to the present.
